Common for campers to feel a campground is a repair center?

We bring the tool bag, duct tape, strip ties, first aid kit, etc., when we go camping and have helped many people. We go camping to relax. I could never relax if I knew someone needed a hand, and I didn't help. We may not be able to do an expert repair, but we can usually help them enough to limp to a service station, (or hospital). So, if the CG host can't or won't help-come see me. We're the ones with the big dogs, coffee, and music!
