This will turn into a typical rant here. It doesn't matter whether it's about dogs (pooping, barking, etc) loud children, loud music, bright lights, golf carts, idling diesels, and the list goes on and on.
There is only ONE reason for these never ending complaints. It's all about people who have absolutely no concern for anyone but themselves. It really is that simple, and you are NEVER going to convince those few that they aren't special.
