So the moral of the story is you can buy a cabin and land somewhere where it’s dirt cheap for what a nice RV costs, but it’s hard to drive the cabin to Colorado.
You can stay in no tell motels or have a broke azz RV for cheaper, or you can spend a bunch of money for a nice RV or nice motels and the cost could go either way depending on how many nights a year you aren’t “home.”
