Even if the directions for *PROPER VENTILATION* have been followed....

"Murphy" says - "Stuff happens" (and can happen to "proper" ventilation).

Sticks & Bricks -and RVs- should all have Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors.
In areas where propane is used (some S&Bs and all RVs) - a propane detector should also be included.

BTW - Some (many?) states now require both CO and Smoke detectors in dwellings.
