People think about the price of the gas, but forget about the labor that goes into filling the tanks. Basicly the gas is free because it is a by product of refinery making of ??? gas, diesel, etc. However, it is captured, compressed, transported to where it is needed, stored ,pumped into your tank (labor) and them you pay for it. And everybody wants it for nothing. Back to the original post.Let the filler determine how he wants to handel the recertification. He knows his job (I HOPE) If too much money in your opinion, buy a new tank. Home Depot, Sam's maybe lowes has the 30# tanks
