I just wondered, No I don't have a problem with the weight, I have plenty of room left. I just thought. "Some" may be using it to help make the tongue heavier. There are those that have to work at having enough tongue weight. Some have to carry water to increase the tongue weight. Some can't move the spare tire to the rear bumper, because it could cause sway. Many can't carry bikes on the back because they believe it will unload the tongue. Bikes ain't all that heavy either. But if a bike on the back could cause sway, why woldn't empty tanks? Could it cause sway? Because I have come hime with empty tanks. I usually fill it up before them next trip, But I have come home before with one empty 30lb tank, and one half empty tank. So IF I was counting on propane for tongue weight. To prevent sway, I would have been in trouble. That's why I don't think it should be counted so much. If your counting on it to reduce sway, and then you use it all, That weight is gone. Would you sway.
It was just a wondering on a late night when I couldn't sleep. Not really anything to get excited about.
