I just didn't know if this is becoming the norm and if I wasted my money on the dogbone reducer.
I just got off the phone with the KOA. They called me to confirm they were refunding my money minus the $10 cancellation fee. I did ask what they considered to be "too much power use". The only answer the woman could give me was, "I don't know. The owner makes that decision and he's not here right now". I suppose I could have kept the reservation and hoped for the best but it wasn't that important of a trip in the first place so no big deal.
