Once again it's not about your individual use per se. It's the collective use of 50 amp RV's vs. the collective use of 30 amp RV's.
50 amp RV's will run close to the 30 amp limit/tripping point. While the 30 amp RV will run a few amps less.
The circuits are not designed/engineered/wired to be run at peak power the entire time.
50 amp RV's will keep the circuit at its limit while 30 amp RV's will allow the circuit some breathing room.
