Isn't this a lot like full size parking spaces and compact parking spaces. It isn't a problem and in fact as only one or two respondents have even been to a campground with the no 50's in the 30's spaces, wasn't the title of the post misleading. It's not a "crack down", it's a very "rare" oddity and they grant exemptions.
