Have to ask the park owner/manager. By random chance I would say the probability is high for this scenario to eventually happen. The park prefers to mitigate the issue.
Truth is they do not even have to be 50 amp RVs. Plenty of 30 amp Class A have all the amenities on 30 amp service and are still able to max out the connection near continuous.
Even the regular 30 amp RVs are using more power than years past when the park was probably built. There was a day before electric fridge and electric water was common.
