BY the time you reach the point of kicking out the scofflaws the damage has been done.
8 rigs or so have lost total power when the 200 amp sub panel breaker trips! hopefully someone was around to reset the sub panel breaker. If it happens in the middle of the night you have an even bigger issue.
I imagine this is why the CG mentioned prohibits 50 amp rigs on 30 amp sites. Trip the 200 amp breaker a few times and you learn your lesson.
Once you realize the 50 amp rigs are creating the issue you keep them off of 30 amp sites.
Maybe it's not all 50 amp rigs, that cause the issue but there is no way to identify the power hogs. But there is a way to prohibit them!..Just invoke a no 50's on a 30 restriction.
