The EMS is not going to automatically lead to more energy use in a 50 amp RV vs non EMS.
Same with your Magnum managing maximum power to drive 7,000 watts of accessories. You could do it manually however when you are away the Magnum just keeps the draw as high as the set limit continuously. The rest of the 30 amp crowd would reduce the accessories below 3600 watts and let them cycle when they are away.
That is all fine with a couple like this mixed in. If 10 show up then trouble can start.
