Hi time2roll,
I'm sorry if I misled folks. The Magnum only connects to the OEM 30 amp service and I limit that to 24 amps on a 30 amp shore power supply. The load support and autoformer are also on the OEM 30 amp, on an "as needed" basis.
If I plug into a 15 amp shore power supply I limit the draw to 12 amps and use the load support feature to give me full functionality of my RV
The auxiliary shore power cords are limited to 20 amps by a individual breakers on the "break out box". I do manually limit them to a maximum of 16 amps. If the shore power is only 15 I manually limit them to 12 amps.

Same with your Magnum managing maximum power to drive 7,000 watts of accessories. You could do it manually however when you are away the Magnum just keeps the draw as high as the set limit continuously. The rest of the 30 amp crowd would reduce the accessories below 3600 watts and let them cycle when they are away.
