I replaced dinette cushions with foam from http://www.foambymail.com aka The Foam Factory.

Just wanted to post a follow-up THANK YOU! The dinette cushions in my 2011 Coachmen were pretty worn out. I found this post a few months back and I just took delivery of my new foam yesterday. Perfectly cut and only 2 weeks from time of order to delivery. I went with their firmest foam and I couldn't be happier! You can't go wrong with buyfoam.com :)

Ditto on the auto place.
Have them use the firmest foam wraped in a softer layer.

I've redone the foam in two of our rigs. Most recently I found a local automotive upholstery shop and took the cushions in. I chose the firmest foam they had available and it has worked out fine.

I gave up on stuffing the old cushions. They were terrible. The BIL is an upholsterer and he sewed me up some new ones with new foam. I bought all the materials at an upholstery distributor. Good quality medium firm foam sheets are 1/3-> 1/2 the price of what I can find online. You probably have a similar distributor in a City close to you.

Conventionally, the foam comes in a 24" Wide sheet, 72" Long. Assuming you don't have a foam cutter, an electric carving knife is a good choice. After cutting the pieces needed to dimension, if you need a wider cushion, the foam is glued together with a spray foam adhesive. It's really pretty easy.
