I went out to my TV this morning and the contents of the center console were laying on my front seat. Some clown took my seven year old Garmin GPS. But they left the mounting bracket and power cord....

don't you take the key fob with you into the store? I know my Vue has no right door key hole but can honestly say I have no idea about my Highlander. I have never used the key to get into it.

I have a 2004 Chevy I bought used from the neighbor. The Key Fob thing had quit working before I even got the truck and a new battery did not help it to start working again. Besides, it just another somewhat bulky thing to carry in my pocket.
