I have one and my problem is I can't get the darn thing to record for hours and hours like the ad said. I'm now on 720p and will see after our drive on Tues if 720 helps. I love the recordimgs and even get a kick out of folks reactions when I let them know I'm in the lane next to them. I add a Bad Boy horn and its pretty loud.
Our primary purpose was to COAs if in an accident and to get good clear photos of the State Line signs as we go from one state to another. I bought one for $28 and it was stolen and this one was $40 and has a good picture. This summer I'm going to buy a really good one. I figure somewhere near $250. Going to get a portable hard drive to transfer recordings each day.
Look for one with a G force lock on the recorder. It will stop you from accidently erasing any accident.
