day night blinds
What do you do to make the day night blinds easier to put up or down? Also what do you use to make sliding windows easier to open or close?

We have no difficulty with the blinds, and my DW is not very strong.
The windows are another matter. So far I've muscled them, but a lube might help. Maybe others will post solutions for you.
