Yes, there are lots of posts about making a carrier from 5" vinyl fencepost and gutter or using a 5 gal bucket.
I haven't seen anything about setups that will fit in the bumper.

You may want to look at the link below for options. I went with the 5" X 8' Vinyl fence post. I have two lengths of hose, 45 degree clear elbow, and the 90 degree for the CG connection now stored in it!
Keep in mind the inside of the bumper rusts and becomes like sandpaper to the hose, vinyl will stay smooth for life.
