Say WHAT???? Anything that is "Septic Safe" is fine. We've never had a problem putting it in the toilet. Toilet paper that disintegrates in water isn't nearly as big a problem as some of the other solid waste that goes in the toilet...
On the other hand, in many other countries (much of Europe, South America, etc.), it is common practice not to put toilet paper in the toilet... in the homes and apartments. I don't know if it has something to do with the waste water processing plants or what.
