This is a joke? Right
If only it was. I about fell of my chair the other day, when this subject came up. The wife got another co-worker into RVing a few years ago. During a get together, the woman announces that, after five years of owning a TT, and using it dozens of times a year, they have NEVER used the holding tank for #2. AND they have a can near the toilet for paper. Essentially, they have only tainted their black tank with pure urine, and nothing else.
I was dumbstruck. I asked where in the name of all things holy, did she ever come up with THIS stupid idea? She then tells us that she received this valuable advice from a full-timer they camped next to, in the very beginning. At this point, I'm just speechless. I then ask if she really thought that somebody living in a big motorhome actually spends their life finding bath houses and other public places to do their business? She is totally uncomfortable with the whole idea of actually using the RV toilet for it's designed purpose. She and her husband have themselves convinced that they will have instantly clogged gauges and toilet paper clogs, if they actually take the risk of pooping in the thing.
At that point I was ready to ask HER if this was a joke, and if she was just screwing with me.
