Nothing wrong with what you want to do, but it seems like an over complication compared to what the trailer is designed to do.
If I were still RVing believe me there would be no diaper pail involved! :B We never had a problem in our 5er or our Endura. Have taken a number of boat tours where there's no tp in the toidy.
