There's a truck stop just east of Palisade right off I-70 (I think that's the DeBeque Canyon one that RAS 43 and Bionic Man references?). Very easy to pull in and out. It's the same exit for the State Park, it's the only place out there.
There's a few others in Rifle and Eagle, but that truck stop will be your easiest before you get to Grand Junction. The one in Fruita people are talking about is easy as well, but like mentioned, it's more expensive.
Also if you need to dump and/or get fresh water, there are free dump stations and free potable water at the CDOT rest stops both in Rifle and in Fruita. The Rifle one is easier to access IMO, and less busy.
