Find someone that is really good with setting up your WDH. Make sure you have the right bars rated for 1.200 pounds. Measure the height of your wheel wells without the trailer, then adjust your hitch so that you maintain the same height.
Your trailer is not that heavy. You should be able to adjust your hitch to level out your rig. Then it will handle much better. YOu may need a sway bar without realizing. Fortunately they are inexpensive to add to your rig.
