Difficulty Reducing Tongue Weight

Good news is that I have been towing trailers since I was a kid, and I’ve towed other campers for people. This one is undoubtedly wrong. Really appreciate everyone’s feedback. I’m trying to find a good deal on a better hitch so I can try to dial this in. I am tempted to just air up my tires and try, but knowing my hitch is overloaded, it just isn’t smart to tow on it.
