I should have looked back through the thread a little more carefully. It looks like your front end only loses about 140 lbs when weight distribution is engaged which should not cause a stability issue. Although it goes against the advice some, I typically adjust my weight distribution tension so I get almost all of my front axle weight back. If you plan to drop the hitch height one hole, you may want to increase the hitch head angle more not to only compensate for the additional hitch weight but to also restore more weight up front.
