Bottom line is that the OP's rear axle system is at or over it's ratings with that trailer....and is trying to make it work better with advice to increase some component ratings (IMHO, band aids vs changing to a higher spec rear suspension system)
It will then not have enough margin when additional loads are encountered...
Changing some of the dialed in adjustments will help, but the basic issue will remain
Nose down will change the trailer caster. So it will follow better and again, the basic problem remains...as it would with the other changes
Also lost or not understood except for a couple...increasing polar moments on a dynamic situation will create inertial forces that will have additional loads on the suspension & tires
