IMHO...that longer tongue and greater tongue weight has saved the OP when he felt the initial onslaught of yaw (his stated uncomfort as his TV lost ratings margin)
With the trailer axles farther back there...it reduced the weight behind the trailer axle center line...therefore reduced that polar moment
A lower rated suspension will compress more, have more compliance (meaning bending, both vertical and horizontal...or in ALL directions) that will allow the TV's rear to 'wiggle' for lack of a better descriptive
Next higher class tire, LT, will remove that wiggleness of P class, but, again, the bottom line issue remains...
The why of higher class TV's harsher ride, higher weight, less ride quality, lower MPG, etc, etc, etc...
