dinghy tire wear
Does towing cause the dinghy front tires to wear unevenly? This is assuming the dinghy front-end is properly aligned.

I tow a Jeep Wrangler. The first time I towed, I noticed the outer and inner edges on the front tires were scuffing. I increased the air pressure in the front tires about 4 psi. The tires no longer scuffed. Worked for me; you may want to try it.
