I believe the reason he was asking if you had an older agreement is because the 2015 AND the 2016 agreements have the same (f) and (g) that you posted above. That means it wasn't changed with this updated agreement. It would be curious to see if an older agreement had the same (f) and (g) and it's actually always been there.
