When "negotiating" a new agreement to get hd service, I told the woman on the phone, that I took my extra (bedroom) receiver with us in the camper. She told me " no problem, we don't use those anymore and you can keep it". When the installer came out,besides telling me that the only place he could put the new dish was on the roof on the front of the house, he was to pick up both receivers. Long story short, I told him to take a hike, I'll keep what I have. I think I will have to start taping phone conversations for "quality control and training purposes".
