disabled vet finally going fulltime
Hello All,
Well after a brutal winter in Pa. which grinded the real estate market to a halt we finally have sold our house and in 45 days are hitting the road. My question is concerning mail forwarding for my medications from the VA medical system. I am on pain meds and other meds for my disability that come from the VA and they mail out normal meds in 90 day bunches but mu pain meds are every 30 days. I know the VA WILL NOT send them to a PO Box, So I was wondering if there are any Vets out there that have meds sent to them from the VA and if i get a mail forwarding system with an address will they accept it. I have talked to the pharmacy at my VA and they said my pain meds only require a signature, not necessarily mine, from someone at the address.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Since we have sold our house we need a new permanent address somewhere.....
