disconnect, hide electrical cord when overnite at Walmart?

I occasionally overnight at rest areas, truck stops and Walmarts. I have a toad behind my motorhome and of course there is an electrical cord connecting the two. Who disconnects the cord and stows it ...

I never ever thought about anyone stealing my electrical cord from the tow before. But, if we stop for lunch or leave the RV/toad combination for any length of time, I always do a walk around and particularly check the tow bar connections and safety chain etc before leaving.
