When we first got our PA, I saved the cost within a week. Now we do a lot of traveling by where the PA CGs are. Of course we have lots of time and like to wander.
Yes there are restrictions but the money saved is great. In the winter down south we have found many PA CGs allow extended stays for the PA price.
I can say that maybe a few CGs might be in the crappy area, but if so, you still can stay a night and move on.
