Bumpyroad,

PA has saved us 2-10+ times the yearly dues fees paid for our PA for many years now. We're extremely happy with PA. Roughly 3/4 of the PA CG's we've used the 50% discount on were very nice to excellent CG's. The other 1/4 of the CG's were about average with a couple in all our years using PA were below average. Never yet have paid a dime extra for upgrades as we're totally happy with a nice reasonably level site that comes with either 30 amp or 50 amp electric.
Maybe some other RV'ers haven't discovered it yet but ALL our RV's came with a fresh water tank, a gray water tank, and a black water tank from the manufacturer and each CG has a dump station, DUH! That's why the RV's have those tanks!!! Also, our 3 axle 36' Carriage 5th wheel with 50 amp service worked fine when plugged into a 30 amp connection using the adapter.
One very nice privately owned wooded CG with level sites in Florida about a mile off the main highway that we have stayed at for over way over a hundred nights so far over the years gives a PA 50% discount 12 months a year (wouldn't ever catch us in Florida in the summer) and there's no extra charge 50 amp, water, sewer, cable TV with 37 channels, and excellent WIFI anywhere in the park. $14/day with PA plus Florida sales tax on the $14. Less than $15.50 a day! The ownwer warmly welcomes us back every time we call him on the way to his CG. It's important to follow the PA rules and call the CG before arriving. We found most PA CG's/resorts are sticklers on that simple rule!
Nope, not going to give the park's name especially on here because we want to have a space available when we get there each year! There are several along the very same price and amenities lines but you have to go there to find them for yourself. Want to go to the big name CG's? Great, just need to bring a lot thicker wallet!
