Do I need a WDH and an antisway bar?

Thank you all, I will plan on a WDH. Does that include the antisway mechanism, or is that separate?
And I know this is a completely novice question: but I don't understand, is the WDH permanently attached to the trailer, or to the hitch receiver on the truck? Is the WDH something I can move to a different trailer (ie, say I had two trailers) or do I install it on one trailer and it kind of becomes part of the trailer?
