Do Ineed to adjust (lower) my hitch?

We sold our 2013 Keystone Outback and 2013 F150 Ecoboost and bought a 27' Outback and Dodge Ram 2500 truck. The measurement to the top of the receiver from the ground on the F150 was 18". The measurement from the ground to the top of the receiver on the new Dodge was 25 1/2". The weight distribution hitch has way to raise and lower the height of the ball. I can lower it a total of 2". Should I?

    Put it wherever you need it to have the trailer level or slightly nose low when everything is all hooked up. If you can’t get there with your current hitch you may have to consider one with more drop.
