Easy. Call the guys with the badges and the guns. You are trespassing. You will leave, either on your own, or in the back of a patrol car.
Not sure but the federal lands are mine and yours, we are not trespassing!

Yes, these lands belong to us, but when they are closed, you will be asked to leave. At that point if you refuse you could be charged with trespassing. Only the courts could decide if the charges would stand up.
I would also guess law enforcement would have to be at a federal level, and that would be more serious than locals.
If everyone refuses, then it could be an act of civil disobedience. Marshall law.
You question does pose an interesting scenario.
I would guess that Law enforcement would want to "squash" it before it got too big or out of hand. Got to keep us "peons" in line you know.
