You might have a hard time finding a 6.4L with the 4.10s. Not sure you would need the 4.10s. I tow about the same weight as you with a 4x4 short bed 6.4L with 3.73s. I also live on the west coast at 4000', and have no problems with the 3.73. Pulling mountain passes I can maintain 55-60 mph in 3rd at 3000 rpm.
