We've been to several RV dealers and so far to only one show. Yes, it's useful, but it gets overwhelming after a few dozen walk throughs. You find one you love but then remember it has 28 gallon grey tanks. You find another and realize it's cargo capacity is only 600 pounds.
Online, if such a tool existed, one could look at floor plans and compare them to ones he had physically visited, and then compare all of the underlying **** that makes one a better fit than another.
Nothing replaces a sit down, lay down, walk about in the actual RV you're considering, but so many details exist that can eliminate many often lovely options. i don't know. I'd just like to find a floor plan searcher that grouped a bunch of manufacturers by layout, and then offered them up side by side by features.
It would be helpful, for me, to ease some frustration.
