Does your RV run better after it has been washed?

Mine does and right now its covered in dust and pollen. Anyone know of a car wash that can handle a class B Sprinter in the South SF Bay Area? (San Jose, Santa Clara, etc.) I'd like to avoid having to drive to Blue Beacon in Lodi if at all possible. Thanks!
