Dometic RV Toilet

I'm thinking about replacing my plastic Thetford toilet with a Dometic 320 with hand sprayer. I like the idea of a full size residential seat and china bowl. Does anyone have this model? If so, I'd like to hear your pros and cons. Thanks.
  • We have the Dometic in our '16 Rockwood Signature. It's nice. Uses more water per flush than the Bravura in our previous TT (which also had a sprayer), but due to the many jets of water under the rim of the Dometic, we rarely need the sprayer.
  • One thing to consider is if you have any kind of cabinet or shower door that has to swing over the toilet, make sure the new comde isn't too tall.
I replaced ours one time and the shower door cleared it by less than 1/4"!
  • We use our sprayed often Sometimes things just don't go neatly down the drain and you can use the sprayer immediately to keep the toilet free of smears. It's also helpful after cleaning the toilet and you want to rinse the interior surfaces of the bowl.
  • New TT here . So I'm not the only one with a crappy crapper. Sit down and it sounds like its going to break. I'm only 180 pounds and the neighbors are going to here me. . So this is normal.

Replaced our crappy little plastic Thetford Bravura with the Dometic 320.....also got the residential seat option. Was the best upgrade we did on our RV.
