Dometic Slide Topper sags needs Topper Cradle Support

Has anyone had any experiences with the Dometic Slide Topper Cradle Support? My brand new 156 inch topper bows in the middle and rubs on the slide flange even though the two ends are clear and install...

Chris Thanks that's encouraging. I certainly didn't want to remove it and shimmy it up for clearance then have a bunch of holes to deal with.
