Also . lets suppose that you donate your auto to a church in Florida , that church MUST take title , pay sales tax and insure this auto to receive the title . Then they can sell it , not before . There is no such thing as an OPEN title in most states ! Of course there are WAYS around every problem if your church is a little shady .
