Were I in this case, I'd probably go to a place like PPL or another large used RV seller that has a high turnover, price it to move, plus the 10% commission and the $500 detailing option (so the rig looks clean), and forget about it. If it doesn't move in a certain time period, drop the price by $500-$1000, rinse, repeat.
The reason why I like using a dealer is that they handle the paperwork. Yes, definitely less money in my pocket, but less aggravation and interruptions.
