Years ago when we were considering our first diesel pusher a good friend of mine, who had just lost his Dad, gave me some great advice; he said "if you're close enough to even consider it you're close enough - buy it and enjoy it".
That was 15 years ago and some of the best advice we ever received. We still use that advice today and it never steered us wrong.
