Drained antifreeze after winterizing; ok or not okay?

First post. I have a somewhat vintage Fleetwood Prowler fifth wheel. Everything works like it was brand new. I have always had someone blow out the water lines with air but last year they used too ...

Why the fresh water tank? What did you do to the WH? Why did you drain it?
