Drained antifreeze after winterizing; ok or not okay?

First post. I have a somewhat vintage Fleetwood Prowler fifth wheel. Everything works like it was brand new. I have always had someone blow out the water lines with air but last year they used too ...

My water heater does not have a "drain" so I remove the aniod rod and replace if a new one (if needed) in the spring.


I think the anode rod (or plug is some cases) IS the drain for the water heater. Maybe some of the newer ones have a separate drain that I am not aware of.
