Drained antifreeze after winterizing; ok or not okay?

First post. I have a somewhat vintage Fleetwood Prowler fifth wheel. Everything works like it was brand new. I have always had someone blow out the water lines with air but last year they used too ...

It is fine that you drained the stuff out after winterizing. It will reduce the tendency to leave a "taste" in the water when you use it next summer. Make sure you fill and empty your fresh water tank and water heater several times before you use the unit to get all the antifreeze residue out. The water heater will foam badly until all of it is removed.
