I did this about 10 years ago when I had to move a shed from my old house to my new one in the wet spring. We had it on a rollback tow truck it was a 12x16 shed. so a good bit of weight. Worked perfectly. We didn't cut down the plywood just used 6 full sheets. I did end up with the extra plywood which I used over the years on various projects.
