First the drone has to know where to go.. So unless someone is piloting it it's got to sense the RV's location and direction and speed and fly the same route.. WITHOUT hitting anything including things that are hard to sense.
Second more and more places are passing laws against drones epically ones with cameras.. Even you Tube now has a rule against them. So do national parks/forests any area anywhere close to a military base (Fort Knox?) air ports, and several cities.
